Marinated Heirlom Tomatoes with Mustard & Dill

A definite party favorite!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 pounds large heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

Preparation
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add tomato slices, tossing gently to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.

Yield
6 servings (serving size: about 5 ounces tomato)
